Artist Terms & Conditions

1. Artist Selection 🎨

Once you submit the artist application form, our team will review the designs uploaded through your provided Drive link.

Please upload at least 4 original designs, as we will select a maximum of 4 designs per artist to feature as 2 double sided dapos in the Dapo Academy collection.

If your designs are selected, we will contact you via WhatsApp within one week of your submission to confirm your selection.

2. Design File Requirements ⛴️

Please ensure that all submitted designs meet the following specifications:

• Dimensions: 27 × 27 inches

• Colour Mode: CMYK (fluorescent)

• File Format: PNG, TIFF, or PDF

• Resolution: 300 DPI

• Colours: All colours used in the designs must be fluorescent/neon colours, suitable for UV-reactive printing.

3. Artist Commission 💰

Artists will receive a 10% commission on the online sales generated by their featured Dapo designs.

For transparency, we will share a screenshot of the relevant website sales data with you quarterly. Your commission will be calculated based on these sales and paid accordingly.

4. Artist Gift 🎁

We will send you one Dapo featuring each of your selected designs as an artist gift.

The artist will be responsible for the courier/shipping charges for these Dapos.

5. Artist Announcement 🚀

Once you receive your Dapos, please send us a photograph of yourself with your collection.

We may use this photograph for a collaborative social media post announcing your artist collaboration with Dapo Academy and showcasing your collection.

6. Affiliate Program 💰

As an artist, you will also receive a unique affiliate link to share with your audience on social media and other platforms.

Every time someone makes a purchase from our website using your affiliate link, you will receive an additional 10% commission on the eligible sale.
